A) Going Out to Tender

Further to EU regulations this is often a burden on projects whos existing skills are better focused on more analysis and investigation ready for the detail required by the Supplier.

Our individuals can quickly analyse your information, identify areas that need further clarification and produce tendering documents with minimal disruption to your project resources and milestones.


What

We analyse the work you have done, identify gaps and provide a Tendering document for your sign off.

B) Responding to Tenders

Our Consultants provide expertise to help respondents to tenders and additional resource to go the extra mile to understand the Client requirements.


Our Consultants will help identify strengths which may be your competitive advantages for the tender.

A) Going Out to Tender

· Review your business requirements and needs

· Review your architecture and standards requirements

· Assess the specific requirements of your environment e.g. financial security, data protection

· Understand your timetable and constraints

· Progress meetings to ensure mutual understanding with minimal disruption to your people

· Provide a tendering document

· Provide a basis on which t review

B) Responding to Tenders

· Review the tender to identify areas of clarity that may effect the response

· Attend presentations by the Client and gather responses to queries and areas requiring clarity

· Clarify the areas of the response where expertise is required

· Progress responses to each of the areas

· Consolidate a response for your Sign off.
