Why

Do you have a problem which needs solving, from a small issue through to operating or system problems.

We provide independent views to consult and understand the various angles and points to bring people together in a positive environment to work through the problem, understand it and identify a way forward.

We have a wide experience and can bring this to bear to help you.

We aim to be catalysts providing arbitration to get to the root cause of the problem and then uniting your people to find inspiration and the best solution for you and your company.

What

We understand the issue and then work with your people, generally through workshops to get to the root cause and only then solution options.

How

This will be determined with you, but typically:

· Take a brief from yourselves

· Research the problem, reviewing documentation and speaking to people from board level to shop floor, including where relevant customers and service providers

· Brain storm solutions

· Provide a closure report, providing findings without implicating individuals and recommendations for next steps.
