· Identifying root cause/solutions for specific business or technical problems: Problem Solving

· Bringing together people from disparate areas to provide a unified decision

· Drawing out knowledge to understand a way forward e.g. Tackling an issue, identifying requirements from an issue through to requirements for major projects

· Identifying what the existing position is e.g. Project status, Organisation in terms of its future view

· Requirements and Design Reviews (e.g. JRP and JAD’s in RAD developments).


Provision of a resource for this ensures balanced discussion which remains focused without loosing valuable details.

What

Our consultants review what the background and objectives of the meetings are, agree an agenda and then facilitate the meeting to ensure it stays focused and the participants provide balanced input.

How

This will be determined with you, but typically:


· Identify/understand the objectives, target audience and agenda prior to the meeting

· Facilitate the meeting on the day

· Provide feedback and summaries following the meeting e.g. Minutes, actions.
