These can be Time and Materials, Fixed Price or commission, for a service type to suit you:

· Ad hoc

e.g. To facilitate a meeting around particular problem

· Regular

e.g. Regular Industry meeting

· Part time

e.g. Small projects where you might want a Senior Business Analyst once a week to review output for gap analysis, quality/conformance

· Intermittent

e.g. Requirements analyst at the start of the project and then intermittently during the project

· Full time

e.g. to review downstream documentation. Primarily allocated to your project.

£100K Professional Liability is provided as standard. Consideration will be given to higher levels of liability covered on a cost basis.

These are service based contracts so there will be no PAYE implications, unless your (or if working though you own Agents, their) contracts require this.
