She has focused on the front end of the cycle: analysing and defining business Requirements, Processes and data/interfaces within the Financial, Transport, Education, Utility and Telecommunications industry, Government/Regulator, specialising in Information Systems, billing and customer support environments. |

Caroline has experience in applying various methodologies including RUP/UML, JRP, JAD and in conjunction with CASE Tools. These skills have been applied in BPR, examining the logical and physical processes that operate within business’s and in understanding both sides, bringing together users expectations and systems development and reviewing the resultant designs. |
