Why

Our Consultants can draw on their specialist experience to assist in identifying whether candidates (existing or prospective) have the relevant background and understanding to fit the job role. They provide an independent assessment on individuals so there is clearly no bias in selection.

Our Consultants allow you to draw on expertise to support you in interviewing for a role you have not performed yourself, or one that you do not wish to make public e.g. replacing individuals, a placement which your own staff would want but do not have the appropriate skills.

What

Our Consultants can help you pre-plan for resource so it is ready when you need it.


Our Consultants are experienced in project resource planning, preparing job descriptions, terms of reference and analysing requirements against skills and experience as well as interviewing.


How

This will be determined with you, but typically:


· Review your project/department and its resourcing requirements in your environment

· Review (and interview) your existing staff skills and experience against the requirements

· Provide assistance in drawing up job references and/or terms of reference

· Review CV’s (including further short listing Agency CV’s), references and credentials

· Attend interviews to provide a professional specialist view.


We also have contacts which assist us in services which require skills outside our core team (see Resources), and we can extend these to assist you in this area if required.
