Why

This allows resource to be focused on resolving gaps between the requirements and design to assist in ensuring effective solutions are put in place and assisting in meeting the critical deadlines.

In our experience this has caught early design flaws, extra reporting requirements, identified areas the business has needed to build new teams and processes and even areas where teams have had to be set up to clean vital data used by the project.

What

Our Consultants review the requirements against the design and produce a report on their findings with any identified gaps, and if appropriate recommendations to overcome them.

How

This will be determined with you, but typically:

· Review the requirements and design

· Carry out Joint Workshops with the Business and Development (this can be done as a JAD in RAD projects) - also see Facilitation - or interview designers/business

· Identify potential gaps for review

· Produce report on findings, potential gaps and recommendations.
