Our Consultants will review your Corporate strategy from documentation and meetings with your Strategists or high level management. |

They will map the corporate strategy to your architecture and at a high level take a view as to the fit of the business and Information Technology initiatives to understand the fit, strengths, weaknesses and recommend where the corporate efforts should be focused. |

How |

This will be determined with you, but typically: |
|
· Review Strategies, Architectures and Projects |
|
· Interview higher level management and Business/Project management |
|
· Interview other areas including architecture to understand the fit of management to business as usual |
|
· Provide a report on the findings and recommendations of areas to be focused on. |
