· Reviewing the level of Business readiness |

· Reviewing level of testing |
|
|
|
· Reviewing Issue and/or Risk status |

· Review project plans. |

This will be determined with you, but typically: |

· Meet with you to understand the project scope, boundaries and requirements |
|
|
|
· Review documentation to date |
|
|
|
· Interview individuals to understand the depth reached |
|
|
|
· Review the organisation to understand the breadth reached |
|
|
|
· Provide a summary of findings and view on the status. |
