The Project Managers have full cover of Project Management capabilities and have worked in structured e.g. PRINCE 2 and unstructured environments |

This will be determined with you, but typically: |

Our Business Project Managers focus on ensuring constructive Business involvement. They cover the full range of Project Manager activities including: |
|
· Initiation e.g. setting up the reporting (for Project Office), defining roles, project approach, quality plans, risk and issue management processes, communication plans. |
|
· Delivery: Planning, Monitoring, Communication |
|
· Configuration Management (tracking the final products and their versions for release) |
|
· Risk Management |
|
· Account Management (of the Business and/or Third Parties) |
|
· Organisational readiness including Business (e.g. Operations, Marketing), Development team, Operations, Support, Third Parties (including vendors), Related Service contracts (Business and Information Systems) |
|
· Quality Management |
|
· Project Closure |
|
|
|
Particular strengths are Project Delivery stage acting in a Leadership capacity, and ensuring business buy in and alignment. |
