Why

Our Consultants can provide valuable resource to assist with a proof of concept exercise without extracting your key project or ‘Business as Usual’ resource. Our consultants have no vested interest in the outcome, so they can provide a succinct unbiased review.

Some requirements are not properly understood until the user has had the opportunity to use the product. Prototyping is a way of discovering requirements by testing mock-up products for the user’s work. Our Consultants also have experience in the use of prototypes for establishing user friendly window design.

What

We assess the coverage of the Proof of Concept and the impact of introducing it into your organisation. We identify the requirements being covered and what the information requirements are for you to assess and learn from the prototype.

How

This will be determined with you, but typically:

· Planning the Poof of Concept/Pototype e.g. scope/scenarios to include

· Provide a simulation model

· Assist Users with preparing for testing, including the types of information they will need to assimilate to assess the Pilot

· Assist in identifying new and changed requirements e.g. through Facilitation

· Provide independent report on the conclusions from the Pilot (following independent and group reviews).
