Provide documentation with a view to being unambiguous for the relevant audience - Director level, Business and/or Technical.

These resources can as part of this role:

· Review existing systems and processes

· Interview and find out both current issues and problems as well as the requirements of individuals

· Facilitate and/or run workshops to understand existing processes and requirements for complex problems / requirements with people from disparate areas.

· Consolidate end to end requirements and identify priorities

These professionals work in various environments including unstructured, structured, legacy and modern (RAD, OO). They all have full project life cycle experience and can extend the service to include:
· design review
· gap analysis
· business readiness
· user acceptance testing
· business realisation reviews.
