Why

We can provide expertise on Business Case development, assisting in ensuring that the various board level considerations are presented. This phase can identify the areas which need focus on in the next stage.

What

We collate the information required for the Business case (this can be from simply reviewing the information you already have to actively seeking it out which may include facilitating meetings) and then produce it.

If the audience is a board level meeting then this can be provided in the form of a presentation rather than just a document. It may be used as a basis of the Project Initiation documentation.
